How to Cook :
- Take the frozen malai tikka out of the freezer and let it thaw for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
- Place the malai tikka in the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes on each side or until the chicken is fully cooked and the outside is golden brown.
- Use a spatula to flip the tikka over halfway through the cooking process.
- Once cooked, remove the tikka from the pan and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
