Non-Returnable Policy:
All household items purchased are non-returnable once delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects. -
Defective Products:
In the event of a manufacturing defect, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof for initiating a claim. Please ensure the video clearly shows the item and defect. -
No Warranty/Guarantee:
All household items are sold without any warranty or guarantee unless explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase. -
Final Sale:
All purchases are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be processed unless they meet the criteria for defective products.
