How to Cook:

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

5. Flip the kabab and fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
6. Remove the kabab from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
7. Serve hot with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
