How to Cook: 

1. Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
2. Place Chicken Seekh in the pan and fry for 8-10 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked and the outside is golden brown.
3. Use a spatula to flip the kababs over halfway through the cooking process.
4. Once cooked, remove the seekh kababs from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
5. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
